Simple UK delivery
Delivery is calculated automatically at checkout: £4.95 for small items and £7.95 for larger items, including boards and platters. For a mixed order, you pay the higher delivery rate once. Eligible UK orders of £150 or more receive free delivery.
Carefully packed, tracked delivery
Small parcels are sent with Royal Mail Tracked 48. Larger pieces may travel with a suitable tracked courier. Royal Mail Tracked 48 normally aims to deliver within two to three working days after dispatch; this is an aim, not a guaranteed arrival date, and some destinations take longer.
Making and personalisation time is separate from delivery time. Please refer to the individual product details or your agreed commission arrangements.
The delivery charge shown at checkout is the amount you pay: there is no later postage quotation or additional postage payment for your accepted online order.
